Do you ship overseas?
CW Hair Care™ will soon ship internationally via Amazon.
Does it actually work?
CW Hair Care™ 100% guarantees the performance of all of our products. Product not purchased through a professional salon or on the CW Hair Care™ website is not guaranteed by CW Hair Care™.
How long does it take for results?
Customers who have used CW Hair Care™ have seen results in a little as 2 weeks. But, the result times varies between each individual.
Can men benefit from your products?
Yes, men can and have benefited from CW Hair Care™ regardless of their hair loss issues.
Can children benefit from your products?
Yes, CW Hair Care™ contains natural ingredients make it completely safe for use by children 2 years old and older.

Our team of Customer Service agents are happy to help, send us an email to info@cwhaircare.com with your salon name, address and best way to reach you. They will put you in touch with a sales representative in your area.
What is the return policy?
Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).
Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for return charges. Additionally, at this time we do not offer exchange services.
What if my item was damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact CW Hair Care Customer Service at 770-800-1315 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST., Mondays through Fridays. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel a order?
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Where can I send my request for donations and/or samples for my upcoming event?
Can I use CW Hair Care™ on my hair if it is chemically treated and not natural?
